THE NIGHT WATCH X NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM

A satirical VR experience where past and future collide: a completely fictional museum that propels us into a dystopian world, between reinvented colonialism, fake news, and dark comedy.
Partners

Delving into a future that is as absurd as it is terribly credible, Revival Roadshow is a VR experience in the form of a fictional museum dedicated to Abel Tasman, a 17th-century Dutch explorer. Artists Anne Fehres and Luke Conroy imagine a world turned upside down: the Netherlands is submerged, colonialism is reinvented, and frenetic consumption and fake news dictate the future. Combining pop culture, dystopian science fiction, and black comedy, the work questions how we rewrite history and perpetuate myths of power.
