In the blink of an eye, Cat's life is turned upside down. Her best friend is pregnant, her parents ask her to take in her strange half-sister, she doesn't know what to think of Ben at the office... In the midst of all this chaos, Cat is also trying to come to terms with the loss of her brother, a tragedy that has haunted her for too long. Eva Crutzen, the series' creator and lead performer, depicts in a relaxed, offbeat way the life of a woman on the verge of forty who refuses to fit into the boxes imposed on her by society. A hilarious Dutch series whose playful staging and rhythmic editing skillfully share with us the sometimes nebulous thoughts and delusions of its protagonist.
