Four enthusiasts, selected from 300 applicants, have nine months to rise to the level of a professional musical theatre troupe and join it. Between sweat, doubts and stage dreams, they will have to prove they are up to the task.

Coached by musical theater professionals, Aurore, Victor, Anne-Christel, Stéphane, and all the other contestants on this new documentary series audition in Servion, hoping to be among the four lucky ones who will join the brilliant Swiss French-speaking company Broadway. The selected candidates will then have less than a year to reach a professional level of singing and dancing and thus land a role in the company's next show! A challenge full of glitz and glamour, with each episode revealing the aspirations and hopes of these amateurs who seem unstoppable on their way to the spotlight... French-speaking Switzerland has talent and intends to prove it!
