Directed by Quebec filmmaker Jean-Marc Vallée, renowned for his sensitive style, this film was shot in just 25 days on a limited budget and was a huge critical success. Thanks to its energetic and refined direction, it showcases masterful performances by Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto, who both won Oscars.
