A major networking event for the Swiss creative industries, held on Wednesday 5 November, Digital Night brings together key players from the cultural and creative industries, the media and politics to celebrate Swiss and international digital innovation.
Official ceremony with speeches by:
– Pascal Crittin, Director, RTS & President, Foundation for Digital Creation
– Joëlle Bertossa, Administrative Councillor, President of the Department of Culture and Digital Transition, City of Geneva
– Delphine Bachmann, State Councillor in charge of the Department of Economy, Employment and Energy, Republic and Canton of Geneva
– Julie Bordez Andrieu, Secretary General, XN Swiss
– Anaïs Emery, Managing and Artistic Director, GIFF
Guests are then invited to a cocktail reception and to explore the Virtual Territories, showcasing the programme of the 31st edition: some twenty digital works and live performances that push the boundaries of artistic and technological experimentation, a unique opportunity to discover the works and meet the selected creators.
The Digital Night, the Festival’s flagship event, brought together more than 450 guests in 2024, confirming its central role in promoting and raising the profile of audiovisual innovation in Switzerland.
